Dr. Altayeh focuses on exactly these cases. Bone can often be rebuilt with grafting, before or during implant placement, and a stronger implant can sometimes avoid the graft altogether.

The cost of a dental implant in Amman depends on a few things, and we would rather tell you your real number than an advertised one that changes later. After a consultation and 3D scan you get a written treatment plan with the full cost. What affects the price:
- How many implants you need. One tooth, a bridge on two implants, or a full jaw on four or six.
- Whether bone grafting is needed. The 3D scan shows this before we quote, not after.
- The crown or teeth on top. A single ceramic crown, a bridge, or a full set of fixed teeth.
- The implant itself. We use genuine Straumann implants and original parts throughout, with Straumann’s lifetime guarantee on the implant.
The final cost is confirmed only after a full clinical evaluation and radiographic examination. Any figure given before that is an estimate.

How much does a dental implant cost in Jordan?
It depends on how many implants you need, whether bone grafting is required, and the type of crown or teeth on top. We give you a written plan with the full cost after a consultation and 3D scan, and we are happy to give you a cost range on WhatsApp first.
Does getting an implant hurt?
The area is numbed with local anesthetic, so you should not feel pain during the procedure. Most patients describe some tenderness and swelling for a few days afterwards, managed with ordinary pain relief. If you are anxious, laughing gas or treatment under general anesthesia is available.
How long does the whole treatment take?
Placing the implant usually takes about an hour. Early healing takes a few weeks, about 3 to 4 weeks with Straumann’s SLActive surface in suitable cases, then the crown is made. If bone grafting is needed first, healing takes longer. You get a personal timeline at your consultation.
Can I get a tooth on the same day?
Sometimes. If your bone and gums are suitable, an implant and a temporary tooth can be placed on the same day, especially with the Straumann BLX implant. Dr. Altayeh needs to examine you and see your scan first. The final tooth is fitted after healing.
Am I too old for implants?
No. Many of our implant patients are in their sixties, seventies and beyond. What matters is your general health and your bone, not your age. Implants are often the best answer to a loose denture.
I was told I don’t have enough bone. Can I still have implants?
Often, yes. Bone can be rebuilt with grafting before or at the same time as the implant, and Straumann’s Roxolid material allows a narrower implant that can sometimes avoid a graft. This is Dr. Altayeh’s area of special focus.
I have diabetes or I smoke. Is that a problem?
Well-controlled diabetes is usually not a barrier; we review your medical history first. Smoking slows healing and raises the risk of problems, so we will talk about it honestly and plan around it.
How long will my implant last?
In long-term studies, 97% to 99% of Straumann implants were still in place after ten years. Daily cleaning and regular check-ups are what keep an implant healthy, and the implant itself carries Straumann’s lifetime guarantee.

هل زراعة الأسنان مؤلمة؟
